Salary: $30,000.00 to $40,000.00 /year


Job Responsibilities:

  • Write and market job descriptions
  • Manage social medias and on-line job postings
  • Constant process improvement of day to day activities
  • Research and implement new methods to reach out to clients and candidates
  • Present business cases to clients and negotiate
  • Conduct appropriate screening processes, ie. Initial resume screening, phone interviews, in person interviews, skill assessments etc.
  • Make appropriate decision on hiring
  • Evaluate and submit proposals as required
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to client’s needs and requests
  • Follow-up with clients and candidates in a timely manner to ensure their needs are full-filled
  • In constant contact with clients to ensure candidates are performing well and they aren’t short in any department
  • Present yourself with confidence and competent when meeting up or when you are in any form of communication with clients and candidates
  • Minor Accounting tasks

Reconcile bank accounts Process and create invoices Make payments Book keep, enter expenses Process payroll

  • Organize, and file office documents (hard and soft copies) efficiently and properly
  • Scan documents
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • One or more years of experience in a professional administrative/HR/marketing environment or similar and related fields to this position
  • Ability to do marketing research
  • Understanding of the Canadian job market is an asset
  • Previous experience or knowledge with general accounting tasks is preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (access, word, outlook, excel) is required
  • Knowledge and experience working with Sage 50 Premium Accounting Software is an asset

Compensation:

$30,000/annual + Commission + Travel reimbursement (work related)
