This also allows us to discuss and agree on the scope of the engagement which includes but is not limited to understanding project control processes and requirements, project logistics and communication issues which are all key elements to comprehend. Once the project begins, program reviews are done on a regular basis allowing a milestone based assessment of progress and analyze if any significant conditions have changed which will result in improvisations. These reviews also allow us to share the status of accomplishments with our clients and to collect any feedback from them. We discuss a range of items like spend rate, new risks, progress, improvisation (if any) etc. making these touch points extremely valuable.
